I'm a Google fanboy but a PlayStation gamer...Stadia made me abandon my PS4...the PS5 bought me back for the games but I don't pay for PS Plus and will never stop paying for Stadia...my game library is ridiculous and I play more games that I would never both with on Stadia cos of the ease and speed. Long live Stadia!

Look I've backed Stadia since day one....still a little hurt I don't have a founders edition but search from Google/Alphabet...is well past due and not something you should be openly celebrating as a win. Looking forward to Trine 4 though a bigger positive than a search bar...on the web not even across Stadia as a platform.

Loved playing both these games today. Which first was a welcome surprise, not having to wait until 5pm GMT to claim and play. Thanks for that Sadly only  a short stint on Metro, a series I've always liked without ever playing...so thanks Stadia...because I think I'm going to love this game. Very intense and absolutely beautiful I think this will keep me occupied for some time. But I just want to get started wanted to get started before... Diving into Gylt...this being the only current Stadia exclusive I had been hoping to get this discounted on Pro at some point...so this...is better. I don't know how deep or dark the game will get but it is a very eerie and fun game so far and I'm intrigued to see where it goes. Another two great additions XD I see a lot of negative things about Stadia because my Google feeds me them all because of my interest in Stadia...but I have to say I'm loving it. It works amazingly 95% of the time over my WiFi which still blows my mind and I have spent more on games and more time playing games since November than I had in the previous 2 years having a PS4 and I'm happy about it...indeed I want to buy Trials Rising whilst it's discounted and am only holding off because I want to play Kingdom Hearts 3 ReMind. That and the fact FFVII Remake currently only has a PS4 release date is the only reason I haven't sold my PS4 pro...yet. I Love Stadia

@Skynet first off love the name aha, but great words, great post and I love the Tesla comparison too. Because it certainly does feel that way in a lot of circles, a lot of negativity through fear of what this means for PlayStation and XBox or the bottom line of two behemoths in Sony and Microsoft. I certainly  feel like this is a huge live Beta...but I thought that was kind of implied by the fact that Stadia's full FREE public launch comes next year. And that's fine by me... brilliant in fact, because again I think you are right...people are completely missing the point...Stadia doesn't even enter the market really until this time next year...when people will be asked to dole out £/$/€/Whatever currency 400+ for a new consoles, or for free, just buy a new console title and play in 1080p...anywhere with good WiFi. Or £8.99 for Pro in 4k and a free monthly game, which currently, are great because of the small catalogue of games, so though £8.99 is more than PS+, XBox Live, it's still fantastic value. No, for me Stadia has one year to get it's affairs in order and produce a AAA title for next Christmas...because then they offer a billion or more gamers the opportunity to play the latest games...without the latest hardware...and that...that is a game changer.

@GraceFromGoogle  I have to start by saying I love what you are doing and have been particularly pleased with setting up a community and being both vocal and responsive to that community That being said with Google+ having been a thing for 7 years and recently shelved because it never quite found its niche...surely it can rise from the ashes and this can be its niche...the Stadia community platform. Certainly this is working but it all feels very fiddly and ungoogle. I get updates by email or have to manually check without notification on the stadia app to be linked to a web page, to scroll to the bottom, be told you have to be signed in to comment. Very messy. I know it's still early days but this is just feedback...difficult as it may be, when things are up and running more fluidly. Post holiday season, in the new year. A timeline  for both features and releases would be good. I know it's not something that you won't be hard at work on but I think getting a few cheaper games and ported classics would be nice to cater to lower end market. I think you did a good job with Darksiders...I think it's really important that you can support big game releases on release day, going forward that has to be a must and then just getting as many new releases as possible on Stadia...a big AAA Stadia exclusive...from the Stadia development team...a game for release for Christmas 2020 (or before). I think that could make a lots of people consider Stadia for a Quality 2020 gaming experience without having to pay release prices for a 2020 console. But really it's fantastic better than I hoped at this stage, there has been bumps and there will be more but I'm thoroughly impressed and have already stated that this could be one of the best investments I have ever made. That is because I sincerely believe that Google will achieve what it's working toward here...well it has achieved it really. 2 months ago on the same internet I could not share play from my PS4 Pro I'm now dancing around Greece in 4k/2k with nary a stutter. Google has big plans with Stadia...I'm excited to be on board and see where this ride takes us.

As I type this it says underneath Your content was last auto-saved at 04:26 AM So when that's 9AM it should go live...kinda strange move, but also to be fair to all users to get things at the same time...you have to wait til it's December 1st everywhere so can't fuss too much...as long as it all goes smoothly at 5/6PM that is aha

@Raymond87  Absolutely it's no contest now, new games will be bought on Stadia so Stadia just has to make sure it gets those games. FFVII Remake really needs to find it's way back there because SquareEnix are working on an FF for PS5...and I will be forced to buy one possibly exclusively just to play that...and that's what Stadia needs now...for this not to fail, it has to have same-day releases as PS/XBox exclusives aside...and obviously roll out its own exclusives too...but I don't think they have to worry about that until this time next year...cos they could cause some pretty big disruptions if they drop a monster exclusive for the festive period 2020 when we can expect to see a PS5 and XBox "Scarlett" launching. I think a fully operational, feature full Stadia with 100 games to its name dropping a Triple A blockbuster exclusive...could really make people think twice about dropping $/£400 on a console I didn't buy RDR2 so I may look to invest but I simply won't pay £55 for it especially after dropping for Premiere edition already...and with Christmas looming. I did buy Assassin's Creed Odyssey because I thought, quite correctly it would keep me entertained and busy for many hours. For £24.75 and knowing I will easily put 100 hours into this game it's money well invested...since it has 2 different protagonists it has replay value too so I'm really happy at that and tbh it's bigger, better and more beautiful than I'd expected so it's wins all round for me. Will do me nicely between farming haha because I like many would never play farming sim...I would add it to my PS catalogue but never waste the storage to download it or subsequently play it...but thanks to Stadia I will...I still might not like it...but I will give it a chance I never otherwise would. As for advertising...well I've said before I think the premiere and founders well that's early access. So when they sold out of founders the premiere is as much to meet demand as anything. They could probably suffer not having the traffic until they are fully scaled. Also people that bought in to these editions are either reviewers or the people that want it so it isn't in their interest to ram it down people's or worse skeptics throat to come and bloat the server's whilst they find their feet and subsequently think badly of it.

@Raymond87 I  get what you mean, but personally I was never skeptical of Stadia...when Google told me this is what they were doing...I bought in from the first second. Google is exactly the people I would want doing this...when I ordered the Premiere edition...(the Founder editions sold out the day I went to buy it =/) however, I was skeptical that it would play seemless 4k at launch...to me being a founder of premiere meant being part of a massive live Beta where you got the equipment cheaper and a few months free. This is a service slated for its release in 2020...people are getting too hung up on the 3 months free pro subscription. So they want the promised 4k/60FPS that you will pay your pro subscription fee for...WHEN YOU ACTUALLY PAY IT. But you aren't yet haters! If Google had marketed Stadia this way and said you would get 3 months early access, games to play and features up to Pro offerings whilst we scale up and iron out bugs and release features for launch...when you can buy games and play free with a PS4/XBOne pad...people would not be having the same gripes. Bu t, it was obvious...and clearly and repeatedly stated, service would be dependent on your connection. 720p being a minimum and requiring a measly and achievable for most 10mb/s all the way to 4k 60FPS requiring a quite frankly, miraculously low 35mb/s. So part of me really feels that people are giving Google grief for their own shocking internet because I have played Stadia for over 5 hours a day, every day, since I got my invite code on Monday (before the hardware arrived on Tuesday) on my home Wi-Fi, anywhere in my house and I have had 2k on my phone and laptop and 4k on my TV practically flawlessly I might add...occasional lag or frame stutter, but like once an hour if that, and actually mostly it just dropped the resolution as I went so it lost a little visually but my gaming continued unscathed, I think only once has it actually lagged and I teleported a few feet. Basically I have had less issues with lag and skipping running Stadia for 6 days than I had playing the last 10 minute match I had in CoD and my PS4 is hardwired...I just realised that as I was writing and it has further blown my mind to what Stadia is actually achieving. I'm not dropping my PS4 because I have a Pro and 120+ games both discs and through PS+ and the store. Also...FFVII Remake was on Stadia's list of coming games...but no longer is, that's ok I have all the games I kinda want to own it anyways...the thing is...I will now pay £8.99 for stadia monthly and start building this catalogue up and only pay PS+ when the free games suit me

@Terran  there are 22 games at launch...of an entirely new platform and you can now play 4 of them...will be able to play 5 or 6 for £119 or $119 which is less than you could choose to pay for the Chromecast Ultra £69/$69 and the controller £59/$59 totaling £129/$129. Bare in mind this isn't like a PS4/XBox where you can buy 30 online games and then discs by physical media too. Bare in mind also that in its 6 years since release that people that chose solely to pay for PS+ or XBox Live would have 144+ games at no more cost than subscription fee...many arguably old, previously owned or poor, but free and mostly to very little complaint. Stadia is breaking entirely new ground and giving you all the titles it could charge for, is simply not a business model...buy in or quite frankly bugger off because there is little to quibble at from what's on offer/been offered for a very reasonable price, whether you want the games on offer or not. The way I see it is, when people start to get it free and pay £40 for assassin's creed Odyssey for example...well I will have, destiny 2, samurai showdown, tomb raider, farming sim 19 and assassin's creed Odyssey...controller, Chromecast and whatever game/s January brings for less than £149 and as I turn off my 4k TV and take Odyssey to bed on my laptop...there is no way I can call that bad business.

I bought Tomb Raider from the PlayStation store and completed it earlier this year, but it is a great game that I will definitely replay, especially when I can pull out my controller and play on the fly whenever. Farming simulator has absolutely no interest to me...but it's free so I'm gonna get it and TBH I might play just for the sheer smugness of being able to whilst people whittle their time away playing FarmVille. I'm impressed with that and also it answers the question I had burning in my head last night...when will the new games be available every month...and how will we know. My phone told me to come here and here we have the answers. I for one am entirely, Impressed...pretty awestruck TBF with how well Stadia works at home for me...I'm still waiting for a day it's not raining aha (this is England) to take my laptop out and try and play tethered to my phone but so far this already feels like the best investment I've ever made...I can't wait to see what comes and where this goes
