i agree, but they won't reply. Really. They just let the fire run.

Ahh transparency by Google... It's like requesting world peace from the world leaders, lol.  All jokes aside. This whole thread (and many more on this forum) shows a lot of "worried people" and Google never responds. You can tag Chris and Grace for as many times as you want, if the thread was not made by them, they won't respond. Simple as that.  Google doesn't know how to do marketing, which still is funny,
Totally agree! And now there is also a game being published to the platform with GEO restrictions... Tbh, it's really bad. I don't care about that game (family feud or something?) But it's the idea. ... See more...
Totally agree! And now there is also a game being published to the platform with GEO restrictions... Tbh, it's really bad. I don't care about that game (family feud or something?) But it's the idea.  To me it looks like Google know how to make fantastic systems and programs, but they just don't know how to sell it. I wonder if they ever thought about getting an agency in to do their marketing for Stadia, cause I know a lot of companies that sure as hell would do better marketing then this.

I hope so too, but to be fair: all Google is announcing is games. It's a miracle they told us about Family Share. They didn't tell us anything about Tandem Mode and I even saw a guy use a steering wheel in Stadia (desktop). Why o why would you not simply tweet about these kind of things? 5 min job, come on!

Your last paragraph nails it! They bragged real hard at the start how got the system would be, but I keep on reading these kind of reactions from people. Gaming-news publishers hardly right about Stadia.   I feel completely the same: I don't want to tell people to try out Stadia, especially if they are used to certain standards set by the competition. Stadia works and what it does, does it really well. But the result you get is just not the same.

I think Call of Duty won't come in the near future. Black Ops Cold War is the new game and Stadia is left out. The same for Mass Effect Remastered: Stadia is left out. I think this big projects from big publishers don't even bother about the platform. It's nice you (we) like to play on Stadia, but that doesn't make them money. Masses make the money and that is PC, PS4 and Xbox atm. I have to be honest: I wouldn't instantly port a game over to Stadia if I was Activision. If Google would pay me something like fee to cover at least a few expenses, maybe then.

WTH? Serious? Are you now also geo-blocking games? Why? What is the main reason for this? Just a short list of some stuff we dont have over here in NL (sorry all Google related) No Pixel stuff here in NL No nest hub max No new cctv No stadia claw All kinds of deals for US and UK Higher prices in EUR. All kinds of functionality (Google related) that is missing: Android, Play Store, Ads, Analytics, etc. US and UK only. Are you gonna geo-block Fitbit as well once you got it? Was really looking forward to this TWoS, only to find out that once again "we over here" are playing second violin once more and you clearly dont give a rats ass.   More and more I am getting the feeling Google will abandon us. Why should I keep on playing on there platform if they can simply stop supporting my country...
Well I think some things about the controller could be better (battery life for instance) however don't give Google any ideas! Before you know it there is a Stadia 2, Stadia 2 XL, Stadia 2a etc etc.
Funny they didn't mention the NEW function FAMILY SHARE in it. It's like the most-whined about feature online.
Ah yes of course. I know about it, but wasn't really thinking about it. Thanks!

Yes, would be awesome, but why would EA do this? What is in it for them?
Okay I think I got an idea, thanks!
Just a question. How do you see it has ray tracing? Can you switch it on and off to see the difference? And simply said, what does it mean?

Yes, the design needs to be re-done. The current UI and UX was okay in the beginning: their weren't that much games in the store and your own library wasn't that big. But now that is bigger it's a lot harder to find stuff.  Let's keep in mind this is Google: they will 100% sure have a new design. Probably coming 19th of Nov?

Played them all and bought Pac Man and Humankind already. Pac man is a lot of fun just casual in between things. It's also one of the few easy games to play on touch controls (if you ask me). Humankind however will need some more adjusting, especially in terms of font sizes etc. Was hard to read on TV and mobile. But a turn-based 4x game is ofcourse awesome, can't wait to play the full version!  Immortals was fun, like the way the story was told with a lot of humour. It's just not my type of game (or at least not for 69,99€). To be completely honest here I noticed a lot of in-game stuff I recognized from Assassin's Creed Odyssey and even Ghost Recon Breakpoint. That might have been my biggest reason to not buy it: Ubisoft needs to get a bit more creative if you ask me. Not just copy-paste elements.  Thanks for the three demos! Hope we get some more demos, cause it's fun to try them out like this. Hopefully a new TWoS today?

To be fair though: I understand what he means. Especially big streamers can earn so much money with a game they might have bought once. BUT those streames usually also buy (or get ofc) a lot in-game stuff AND they are litterly promoting the game/brand/platform for you. So more games are sold and more in-game stuff might be purchased. I do believe it's a bit of win-win situation.  However, this dude, he is thinking like Google. Stadia is from Google and Google is untouchable, and therefore Stadia is invicible. If this dude state he was a creative director at Playstation people might have thought "okay he's got a point". But now he is from Stadia (or a company owned by) and people are like "Who the f*k are you, you crazy dude?" It's all about context.  Stadia needs to attend to this fire and really up their marketing game.
