Hey! So I got a email almost a month ago saying I was getting a refund for my game & hardware purchases, however it says the refund was declined. I don’t have the original form of payment anymore, I closed it awhile ago and the bank says the refund bounced. I was supposed to automatically receive a email about how to update my payment method to receive it but I haven’t, I also don’t have any notifications on pay.google either. I have 2 cases open with stadia support and I keep getting transferred to different agents that take 3 days to reply & continuously transfer me. What can be done here?
