Hi, I know we were advised not to saturate the Support, but I'm worried about a game I purchased 2 years ago, and not only the payment method isn't valid anymore, but also the related bank account is closed, and so, they won't help me for anything as I'm not a customer anymore (already tried to get some help from them few months ago). Do you know if this will cause troubles for the refunds ?   Thank you for your help
