Anyone know how these refunds are going to be processed? I closed my Klarna account immediately after paying for the goods.

If the refund to the original payment method is not possible anymore, you would receive an email with a link to the notification section of pay.google.com to provide an alternate payment method.

Who ever tagged this as being the best response needs to get in the bin. Chufu clearly didn't read the question properly to just copy and paste the Stadia blurb!

Well it's been over 14 working days since the notification of the refund and I still haven't had it. What now?

Been over 2 months for me. So all these talking points mean absolutely nothing. Stadia and this refund processes been a joke and no one on support had been the least bit helpful where in the hell my money had gone.
