Seriously, How can Google be THIS bad at basic customer service?
Trying to get a payment for stadia hardware refunded. I am in utter disbelief at the level of incompetence from the support teams I've worked with on several case IDs in the last few days. Hourlong + chat holds to transfer queues, I've had reps drop the general link to stadia support and kick me out after 35 minutes in queue, forcing me to startover and retype everything. When I finally get to a purported live person, they flatly ignore information or responses I provide them to indicate that the issue has not been addressed within the scope of the support page/policy that they've pasted into the chat. The most recent rep told me three times to talk to Google Payments team, despite the chat I was on with him HAD BEEN TRANSFERRED FROM GOOGLE PAYMENTS SUPPORT ALREADY. When I reminded the rep (Jason) of that, he just, said the same thing, again, and accused me of not listening to him, and that the answer had been provided. Immediately after sending, he chides me for taking up too much of his time when he has other customers to help, and ends the chat. Just like that.

Sorry to hear your case with the support was not a good one. Maybe @JamesFromGoogle can have a look into the case ID you mentioned at the end.
Is there anything we can help you out here in the forum? For example if you explain your problem more in detail, maybe we can help you as well.

Try dealing with this for over 3 weeks with no help from anyone other then call my bank or call goggles support and continue to be dismissed as if this is a non-issue. All the best I got from their support was wait till stadia closes. How is that any help?

Zero resolution or update from Google. This is absolutely the last time I jump onboard anything from them.
