@jsc315 I'm hoping to keep this thread on topic, meaning what are people planning to do next. But I would encourage you to check out some of the other refund threads and see how others are dealing with this issue. Also, if you haven't checked, you should go to pay.google.com and see if you got refunds that were declined. I had A WHOLE BUNCH of purchases, and EVERYTHING they promised to refund was refunded. I have been with Stadia for the full 3 years, so a lot of my refunds got declined because they were old payment methods. I got emails from Google for all of those, and they have all been fixed and I got the refunds... except my Founder's bundle. But I got the email to fix the payment method for that yesterday, so the refund should be coming soon.
If you haven't gotten ANYTHING and you actually bought hardware and games, that's weird. So you should check pay.google.com to make sure you don't have any declined refunds, and then check your email for messages from Google asking you to fix the payment method.
