@Babygirl420 I'm not sure what you're trying to do here. You're trying to connect xbox 360 to a chromeOS laptop? You're putting this post under Stadia controller board. Can you elaborate more?

If you're trying to connect an xbox 360 controller to chromeOS laptop (Chromebook?) then you need to make sure your xbox 360 version support bluetooth (with/without dongle) then just pair it to the laptop as usual.

If you can provide more info that would be great.

Xbox 360 controls require the use of their own wireless receiver to be used on PC, Android, Linux and other systems since they use their own connection system.
You can also use it with the official charging cable.

You won't be able to use it without it I'm afraid. In its time I used the controls to access other cloud gaming services on android and pc too, but those controls are almost 20 years old and I replaced them long ago with the xbox one bluetooth ones or currently the X series ones that have usb type C being easily linked by bluetooth. Even so, I prefer the Stadia ones the truth.

I think I still have some xbox360 controller, so if you specify if you have something or need to make sure maybe I can try plugging some old wired controller into my ChromeOS
