I have noticed that when I connect (3.5 mm jack connection) headset to the Stadia controller, it only works when I play Stadia via Chromecast Ultra. Is this normal?
Hello @pupido10, the headphone jack connection for the Stadia Controller should work with all devices (Chromecast Ultra, mobile phones, and PCs). I have tested all three devices, and the headphone jack port works for all. Sometimes we are silly and have the volume all the way down on the Audio Settings when the headphone jack is being used. To check your volume settings (while headphone jack is plugged in), press the Stadia button -> Settings -> check audio levels.
Perhaps following the steps to reset your controller may help remedy this issue: Turn off or reset your Stadia Controller. If this still doesn't help, then I would recommend reaching out to the Stadia Support chat.
