I know this isn't possible using the Chromecast but would it be possible to do this in Chrome? I only have one Stadia controller but could I use my Nintendo Switch Pro controller for a second player? Or do both controllers either need to be Stadia or non-Stadia?
Looking forward to the Avengers game but not sure if it is worth buying a second controller for it. Wouldn't mind trying work arounds.
@Thetaguru Yes it's possible through Chrome. I was able to do 2 player locally for Samurai Showdown using two Xbox One controllers. For supported controllers, you can check the link below:

Thanks Ivan. Before buying a Stadia controller, I was able to use my Nintendo Switch Pro controller. I guess I was curious if anyone has been able to play two player using a combination of a Stadia controller and non-Stadia controller.
The only other controllers I have are the small Switch Joy Cons which are not supported.
Hey did you ever end up trying this? I've had Stadia since launch & rarely ever get to game. I was playing a little Power Rangers when I thought about the 2 players with different controllers thing. Thanks.
Sorry, never tried it. I did end up getting Avengers but it does not offer local co-op.
