Stadia controller on Pixelbook?

Hello,

My Stadia controller works fine wirelessly with my Chromecast Ultra, and also works over USB with my Macbook (I plug it in and the controller immediately vibrates and I see it registered on the screen), but doesn't work with my Pixelbook (Model C0A) using USB. My Chromebook isn't managed and I'm not running any port blocker software... is there any troubleshooting I can do or is this just a known issue?

Thanks,

Mark

Hi @mefinsf

Which chromeOS version du you run on your Chromebook?

The Stadia controller requieres Chrome 77 or newer.

I'm running Chrome OS 80. I'm starting to wonder if it isn't some issue with the USB ports... I'll try to find some other USB device to test with.

Same issue with my Pixel Slate, was working consistently until the Chrome OS 82 update now it only works 1 out of 20 times.  Tested using other software on the same Pixel Slate with no issues.  Works great with my laptop, Chromecast Ultra and Pixel 4 xl.  Running Chrome OS 83 now, still not working.
