I am a Founder and this is my third and newest controller (Founders and Wasabi work fine so far). This is a controller I got from the CP Bundle.
The controller battery seems to be dead. I tried all reset / factory reset methods on the support pages before / after trying the below steps.
- The controller has been charged for several hours with the original USB C charger. Tried with different cables and Chargers.
- When unplugged from charger, it won't turn on. Doing all hardware reset button combinations do not cause any light of any color to come up.
- When I plug the controller into the original USB C charger, a non-blinking orange light comes up. After about 8 seconds, I notice the Orange light dimes a little bit, and right after that the orange light is gone.
- When plugging the controller and pressing the Stadia button, the white LED shows up for a few seconds, switching to a blinking orange LED, that again after a few seconds lights are gone. In this short time window I am able to perform factory resets / etc, but after the couple seconds all power is gone from the controller.
- Playing wired on a notebook does not work, the controller is recognised but after a couple seconds it disappears also.

But it's 3 month and never had any type of accident, was working just fine the other day.. since one week is like this. Please help
