Stadia controle doesn't work

Stadia controller don't work any more, I have founders edition, today stop to work. The light is white bit it doesn't connection with chromecast. Y put the chromecast code at controller but still without work. I let press assistan and screen capture for 6 seconds and the controller don't reset. I'm trying to contact with Google support but it's impossible, I can't play with Stadia from today

Hello there,

yesterday I had a similar problem and I must to re-add my account and control pairing to Stadia App in my Phone. After that everything works again.

Was a bit strange because the previous day I was playing without issues but couple of hours later nothing works.

@Darkopro Any luck with holding the Stadia button for 8 seconds to hard reset the controller?

I have had same problem since I got my device months ago. Kept having to reset controller or re ad wireless network . When your controller is off turn it on holding the stadia button and Y should flash white and orange. Open stadia app go to controller options. Connect to wifi again . Should connect. Was having lots of trouble keeping mine connected til i bypassed my internet providers router. Got a blue cave 2600 from ASUS wired connection to Chromecast and 5ghz only connection to controller . No issues yet. Hopefully it helps. What router do you use for wireless?

Finally I made it for to reset the controller you need to hold press Google assistant, screen shot and stadia button, all of 3 for 6 seconds. After that you can pair the controller by stadia app.

I couldn't reset it just by screen shot and Google assistant button as the manual said.
