Loving Stadia. Haven't played anything else since I received it 22 Nov.
However, I have one strange problem which is bothering me a bit.
First of, I have two Founders Editions at home. One for in my living room and one for in the bed room. The chromecasts are working great and I can play on both screens...
BUT every time I want to play, the controllers aren't connected to the Chromecasts. So I press the Stadia button, the controller vibrates and the button starts flashing. But it won't turn on my tv or start up Stadia if my tv is already on. Instead, I will use a voice-command with my home speaker or start a game by the app on my phone. Then I get a prompt to connect the controller to my Chromecast. I press the buttons and everything is fine again.
Does anyone know why I have to reconnect those controllers everytime? it's with both controllers and on both CC Ultra's...
Did you go through the process to "Add Account to Chromecast" from the Stadia app?
Controller smarts definitely need to be updated/upgraded. Think mine even dropped it after plugging the controller to my phone to play. With 1 ultra at my home, and only WiFi available for the ultra, it should remember the controller - a no brainier, IMO.
Hello MisterMarcoo,
i've exactly the same issue and unfortunately, i opened another thread, because i didn't see yours.
I've one Chromecast and after round about 24 hours, i've to reenter the Code.
Do you find a solution?
Best regards
Micha
