I had this problem happen before this recent one where my player on a game is constantly having the camera look down and I cannot look back up with the controller. I gave it a while to fix itself and it was able to revert back to normal after a few days passed. Then the problem came up again, except this time it only starts turning the camera down whenever I look left to right. I don’t know if anyone is having the same problems as me, but I assume it’s a software glitch because I looked inside my controller the second time it happened and it didn’t seem like it was the joystick. Any thoughts about it? Desperately need assistance
@DR34D Is this an issue when playing on Chromecast, Chrome, phone, or all three? That might help us narrow it down a bit.
It’s only been going on through Chromcast. I haven’t tried on any other devices because my phone isn’t compatible for playing.
@DR34D How is the Chromecast connected to your network - wired or wireless?
It’s connected wirelessly to the Stadia
@DR34D Any chance you could test running an Ethernet cable to the Chromecast (even temporarily) to see if that improves things at all? That would help to rule out some network issues on the Chromecast side of things which might cause what you're seeing.
I just connected the controller and run a game and my player is still looking down. So it’s not network, most likely be my controller
@DR34D Okay, in that case I'd suggest reaching out to Stadia support:
