I have recently acquire a OnePlus Nord2.
There was a promotion at that time (may-septembre 2021) that included a Stadia controller + a Chromecast Ultra with the phone.
I received an email saying that I will be shortly receiving an email with all the informations to redeem the Stadia Premiere pack.
After more than a month I have never received anything else from Stadia or OnePlus.
Could you please explain me how to get this pack delivered ?

Firstly, thanks a lot for your answer.
My purchase is eligible as I acquired a OnePlus Nord 2 from France.
I indeed checked my spams and didn't find anything.
As I said, I received a first mail saying that I will be receiving a code soon but it never happened.
I am also trying with OnePlus support to figure out a solution, I was wondering if it happened to someone else previously.
