- On which device are you unable to play (mobile phone with Stadia app, TV with Chromecast, PC/laptop via Chrome browser)?
- Does the problem exist on all devices or only on a specific one?
- Are you unable to play a specific game or all games?
- What exactly is the problem you encounter, do you get a specific error message (if so: which one)?
