Multiple controllers via USB?

Jump to Best Response

Holidays are coming...

So I like to take my laptop and my two controllers with me to play local coop-games like GetPacked!

For seasonreasons I do not want to reconfigure my controllers completly to another wifi network. My idea is, to connect them two via USB to the laptop and move chrome to fullscreen.

Can this work?

I only have one controller myself, so I've never tried it, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.

At the moment I only have one USB-C cable. So its worth it to buy another one!

Hello,

Just tested it for you.
It works if you have 2 USB ports to put the cables in.  (My Surface needed a USB hub, lol)

I bought an usb extender/splitter, and it doesn't work that way (with that cheap hub). But as I put one into an other port (so not the same usb bus), it works like charm
