Juego no responden al pulsar botón de menú Stadia

Buenas,

Mi problema es que emparejo bien el mando y el CCU (misma red, están juntos, etc.), entro al menú donde seleccionas el juego al que quieres jugar y aquí si puedo darle al botón central de Stadia, y me maparece su menú y lo puedo quitar. Pero como haga esto dentro de cualquier juego, el mando se queda pillado (puedo entrar y salir del juego al menú estadia, pero puldando cualquier botón, como si todos fueran el botón central), no responde y se desvincula. Tengo que meterme en la app de Home para detener el envío al CCU, apagar y encender el mando y seguir.

No entiendo porque sólo dentro de los juegos, es cuando No puedo pulsar el botón central de Stadia.

He reiniciado varias veces el emparejamiento, reinicio de app, comprobación de que estén en la misma red 2.4, reinicio de fábrica del mando,...

No se me ocurre qué más puede ser.

Welcome to the Stadia Community and thank you for your post. This sounds like a pretty frustrating issue and I'm sorry you are having to deal with it. I'd like to ask some questions before we dive into troubleshooting steps.

  • If i'm understanding correctly, when you are in game and you press the Stadia button, the platform freezes and you aren't able to do anything other than exit the game? Did I understand that correctly?
  • Also, has this always happened or is this a newer issue?
  • Just to confirm, this issue occurs on every game you play, correct?
  • And finally, how is your network connection before this issue occurs?

I know these are a lot of questions, but I just want to make sure I can fully understand your situation so that I can help. Give us an update when you can.
