It's been 1 month that my brother has been waiting for this controller due to a malfunction of this one witch no longer work. I tried to reach customer service but I got no response. What can i do ? Thx.
@Sentinelle There's not really anything that you can do other than keep trying to reach support to follow up on the case.

I don't think phone support is available due to the whole virus thing, but you might have better luck with the email, chat, or social media support options. Be sure to have the previous case ID handy so that you can give that to whichever agent you contact.
