Hello,
My problem is that I pair well the controller and the CCU (same network, they are together, etc.), I enter the menu where you select the game you want to play and here if I can push the Stadia button, I see its menu and I can remove it. But if I do this into any game, the controller gets stuck (I can enter and exit the game across the stadia menu, but pressing any button, as if they were all the central button), it doesn't respond and disengages. I have to go into the Google Home app to stop sending to the CCU, turn the controller off and on and continue.
I don't understand why it's only within games that I can't press the button Stadia.
I've restarted the pairing several times, restarted the app, checked that they are on the same 2.4 network, factory reset the controller,....
I can't think what else it could be.
Thanks!
Hi @Carlitossta1,
To get the best experience you should connect your Chromecast Ultra to a 5GHz WiFi network and your Stadia controller to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
Or if you able you can connect your Chromecast Ultra to a network cable. ![]()
