Hi, I own a founder's edition controller that needs an update after a long period of disuse (but stored in perfect condition annd still working on USB cable). The stadia mobile app does not recognize the device. The controller probably can't connect to the new wifi network after the factory reset process. The assistance proposed a change. But I am almost sure that the problem is solvable since with USB cable I can use it perfectly. Does anyone have any useful suggestions?
Hi @enricox
This has happened to me before.
If you go onto the Stadia app and make sure that the app/phone has forgotten the controller completely. This should then allow you to basically reboot the controller as if it was new and set it up to your WiFi.
Alternatively delete the app and reinstall and set up as new again. Hopefully one of these options sets you up, pushes through any updates and gets you playing again.
