Hello,
I bought a cheap long type c cable to pair it with my stadia controller so I can play non Stadia PC Games on my PC wired . When I connect the cable onto my PC it doesn't seem to recognized as a game controller.
Stadia controller turns on and the light blinks yellow/orange (cant remember it now)
When I use my short cable which was on the box the controller gets recognized just fine and I can play normally.
Hi @TheSludge
I am afraid not all USB-C cables are the same. So there is a lot of differences between cables (specification can be different).
Especially when they are on the cheaper side...
There are also USB-C cables that only charge, maybe this is the case with your longer cable. ![]()
Or it may be the voltage ![]()
For me even the cheapest worked. Only thing that doesn't work for me are magnetic Cables from Volta.
