Hi! Have two stadia controllers that wont connect to anything...using Stadia app on Google TV w/ Chromecast, Tivo 4K stick, and Microsoft Surface. Using TMobile Internet, 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz freqs. Worked up until two weeks ago, now factory reset both controls, tried them on both freqs, and on all devices (hard resetting each time). Both controllers will go solid white and vibrate when codes entered, but controller unresponsive then will go back to blinking orange. Happens every time, every permutation. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
@buffnav Since both of your controllers are having the same issue, I would guess that the controllers hardware themselves are not the issue, but more due to connectivity. Have you tried a different network to connect Stadia to?
Did you make sure that the controllers are fully charged? I've seen similar cases recently, and what they did was leaving the Stadia controller charging for a while to fix the issue, then try pairing again.
I see you already did some troubleshooting steps, but I'll also leave this article here for troubleshooting Stadia controller issues, in case there are some steps you haven't tried

You were spot on about internet connecticity being issue. Even though every thing else still connected to router, reset it and controllers connected. Thank you for your help!
@buffnav Good to hear you found the root cause of the issue and thanks for updating us!
If you can, temporarily connect both the TV device and the game controllers to use the internet of your mobile and tell us if you also have problems with that option.
Also try connecting game controllers to mobile only using Stadia on mobile.
