Controller falling apart...

Hi all. So, I'm a Stadia Founder. Guess what? I love it. Forget the haters - they're just potaters. However, whilst playing Rage 2, I've noticed the left part of my pad which sits in the palm is clicking, as if the seams are pulling apart. @GraceFromGoogle - What can I do? Will you replace? Only downside.... Moro

@Morovectis : I'd recommend contacting Google support and describe the issue to them, they will be able to recommend the best course of action.

My controller has developed the exact same problem and only had it just over a week! Feels like the casing is coming apart and when held it creeks really loud. Its got so bad I've had to hook up an non Stadia controller. Contacted support and said to upload a video showing the problem which I will do. I'll see what happens but if I'm stuck with having to use a non Stadia controller I don't think I'll be renewing my subscription. Its a shame as I've really enjoyed the experience.

Hi Mojo, Contact Google support directly regarding this. I dealt with someone via the IM facility in the browser who, in 15 mins, had a replacement sorted for shipping. You can send them the video direct in an email response when they raise a support ticket along with some other details they request. You can then either send the controller to them, or, they'll send a replacement to you - you then return your control. In this scenario, £119 will be a pending transaction on your Google acc for a replacement until they receive your faulty controller. Hope this helps. Alex

       Thanks for the reply. I've spoken to the support team on chat and they have sent a ticket number in which I've uploaded the video. Glad you got everything sorted, hope mine is as swift. Really loving the Stadia experience but that controller creek is driving me insane!... First World problems I guess :slightly_smiling_face:
