I got my new stadia controller, but the right upper button isn’t working. I tried reconnecting it, but it won’t work. I think the hardware is actually not working right.
I didn’t find any way to send the controller back to google and or get a new one. I tried the hotline, but my request got canceled right away. I cant select the chat option. I’m a little devastated.
did anyone has experience how to contact Google and or the stadia team? Thankful for any help.
Hi, I don't know if you've tried it already but in this link you have the Google Store contact form, fill in the data and in the contact form there should be the chat or call options. Store support

Things Google support ask you to do are trying a hard reset and a factory reset.

Did you setup the controller with the Stadia app? This could send a update to the device.
If that doesn't work go to following website:

Search for Stadia controller broken (example)
Don't tap or click on any suggestion but choose next.
Now you can choose to chat with a support agent.
