I had got a Stadia premier edition during the thanksgiving sale. The controller is completely dead and it does not come ON nor does it charge. Any one face similar issue ? What options/support do we have at this point from Google ?

I am unable to perform a hard reset or factory reset since the controller wouldn't come ON. Any help is much appreciated
Same issue. Won't charge, won't do anything unless plugged in. when plugged in only turns off and on. Can't tell the difference between off and on cause they look the same.
My new controller will only hold a charge for about 1.5 hours. Store support seems to never be there for chat. Is there a way to speak to a human?
