I have a new phone and I want to use it for stadia for my kids but I have failed to register it. It registration process requires me to xadd the adult profile that approves the kids profile. But when I add the adult profile, then I get an error San that I have o dust remove the adult profile or create a new profile to supervise. Then when I remove the adult profile and try to add the kid profile, I again get the messa saying that I need to add the supervising profile! So it takes me in circles.
Thanks
Hey @kokolima,
Sorry to hear you have that issue with registering your kids profile on a new phone.
Can you try again to walk the setup through as mentioned in this article? It provides step-by-step-instructions so you can easily see if you missed a step for example.
If that still doesn't solve your issue, maybe the Stadia support can help you out here? Especially because it takes you round and round in circles sounds for me an unusual procedure, so maybe they know about the issue already.

I followed all the prompts in the apps (Google Home app Family link)ng in circles. I finally chatted with a support agent and she failed to fix the problem. Then she transferred to her manager and nothing was done. Then they asked for my phone number to call me back.
Hi @kokolima, sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with this process. I marked Chufu's response as a Best Response because their information is the most helpful thing we can suggest. I apologize that I am not able to further troubleshoot.
If possible, screenshots and/or recordings may help surface where the disconnect is occurring.
