Very old Ultra Small Desktop HP Elite 8000

Hi! I can buy such mini PC (25x25x6cm) for about 25USD. Inside is Motherboard with Q45 express chipset ( integrated graphics GMA X4500 ), CPU E8400 (dual core), 4GB of RAM and 2,5" 500GB HDD (not SSD). I know that it is ancient build but I think about game streaming. Local using Steam Home Remote and Google Stadia. Is there any chance that it will work on this PC? Thank you in advance for your advice!

I am not sure this will work that great.
If I am looking to experiences with Intel HD4000 are not working I cannot imagine this chipset will do any better because it is 2 years older.  

One thing you should also have to stream is ethernet internet or a stable 5GHz wifi connection.

Thanks for reply! That was my worries that without external graphics card it cannot handle Stadia. What a pity...but if HD4000 is not enough so what kind of Intel's intagrated graphics can do this? I'm looking for cheapest possible solutions of course Happy New Year!
