There is definitely a glitch or bug on the stadia app that does not let me see the purchases and subscriptions section that always closes the app plus I am subscribed to stadia but it does not let access the pro benefits so is there already a solution to this?

Just to make sure, are you running the latest version of your OS and the Stadia app? If so, what platform are you on, and what versions are they? I currently have no issues on Android 10 QKQ1.190828.002 (Miui 12.0.4.0), and Stadia version 3.15.369169255.
As a temporary solution, can you access it via https://stadia.google.com/settings --> Purchases & Subscriptions?

I am located in the US but overall I am subscribed to pro but no pro benefits including the claimed games which I cannot access are blocked off for me. @DaBaldEagul

You can access thoses functionnality through http://stadia.google.com/
It's not an app, but a website, if it crashes also there, you will have an error. We need it to investigate.
If it's not working through the website, it probably means there is something to deal with your personnal account.
If it's working through the website it means that's the incident concerns the Stadia App only.
The way we will help you depend on this test. So could you please give a try ?
It works on a website and I live in the US but the app is where it is all bugged and I'm using android @DaBaldEagul
