Stadia App on mobile phone crashes

Jump to Best Response

When I am opening the stadia app on my handy, it crashes after half a minute. I didn't start any app or something, it crashes with no reason. The interesting thing was it only crashes when I logged in into the stadia app. So what can I do against it?

@elomenaty first of all, have you made sure you have the latest version of the app? Try going to the app page on Android Play Store or iOS and see if there's an update. If there's an update, try updating it.

If you're on Android you can also try deleting cache/data of the app, force close, then reopen the app again. See if it helps.

Stadia Guides are not employed by Google. Opinions are my own.

Also if you get a dialog when your app crash and you have the option to send a crash report to Developers, please do! this is incredibly important for developers to know that something is wrong inside the application!
