Hi I've been a Stadia user for about a year.
I've been encountering this issue for a while when trying to open the app on my iPhone and kept hoping this would get resolved - nope.
I just recently got another Stadia premiere box and tried setting up the controller in another room, but I cannot get the app to stay open long enough without crashing (usually like 7 seconds, sometimes a second or two longer).
I am running on latest iOS
I tried using iPhone SE and iPhone 12 mini
I restarted my phone
I deleted the app/re-installed
I tried using Safari but to connect a controller via WiFi its asking me to use the app
I have tried disabling cellular, I am not using VPN, I tried putting my phone in rice, unplugging the modem and following the seven holy chakras - and nothing has worked.
I'm not sure what to do at this point, can anyone here report this issue to Google? I've spent hours Googling this and I'm not getting any helpful tips.

I am sorry to hear about the issues with the app. Are you trying to use the Stadia app to play on your Chromecast Ultra or Google TV or are you looking to play directly on your phone? I have been playing daily on numerous iOS devices and haven't encountered this issue so I hope I can help troubleshoot this for you.

I am looking to set up a new out of the box Chromecast Ultra and in order to connect it to a controller I need to use the app - when I open the app to connect the controller, the app just crashes after a few seconds of being open.
