Look through the complete library and claim every single one ya can! Even if ya never play them
Today.... ya may do in the future and you will always have access to the game even if it leaves Stadia!!

You can claim as many are eligible to be claimed at any given time.  If you see the claim button, then there is no reason at all to not press it.
