So I'm having an issue. I bought a $25 Google play gift card through Amazon, verified Google play and everything selling them. I get the funds in my account, and I go to use it to buy silver on Destiny 2 within the stadia app. As I proceed to purchase, it gives me an error message, and says that's scams have been happening. It also says to proceed with a form to verify if it's legitimate. So I send the screenshot of the receipt on my email, and I tell them the cards code. I still haven't heard from them since I sent that email on Monday. Does anyone know how to help?
This issue is not with Stadia and I recommend you to contact Play Support on chat here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/gethelp
@BeanieGod530 I must say this is the first time I've heard about this scam protection. Were you automatically re-directed to the form right away? Or have you actually reached out to Stadia support?
If you have reached out to Stadia support, I suggest to keep continue working with them. Try reaching out to them again, but this time, pick the chat / phone option when it's available so you get to talk to someone directly.
If you didn't reach out to Stadia support, you can reach out to them through the following link

Did you by any chance take screenshot of the error message and the form? If yes, would you mind posting here (please remove your personal information)?. Mostly for our knowledge and to confirm nothing shady is going on. I actually found it odd they asked for your card's code.
