Can’t Connect controller with out app

I had just put in my card information and it keeps declining it even though it’s all correct in the app so now I can’t activate my studio controller

I understand you have issues connecting your controller via the Stadia app.

I am not quite sure, at which step you are currently, but maybe the instructions in this helpcenter article may be helpful: Link your Stadia Controller to a screen

If this doesn't help and you still have issues, would you mind sending us a picture of the current state? Like what can you see in the Stadia app and what can you see on the screen? Just make sure there is no sensitive information visible on the screenshot.
