Hello,
Does anybody know why my stadia app just crashes anywhere from 5 to 15 seconds after I try to launch destiny 2. Then when I try to open the app back up and relaunch the game but I get a screen that says "something unexpected happened, we can't open the app right now but try again later". Also, 2 buttons appear that say either "why would I see this error" and "retry". When I press rety it says it's successful but nothing g happens and it stays on the same screen or take me back tk stadia home screen where it crashes again 3-5 seconds later. I've tried force stopping the app and Uninstaller and re-installing. Idk what else to do but the phone is listed and one of the specific phones that support gaming g on the stadia app. Anyone know what the deal is here?
@Captain_swagger Samsung Note 22 Ultra is actually not officially supported according to the help article. Only the following devices are officially supported:
Unfortunately in these kind of cases, usually it's not unusual to encounter issues. With that said, doesn't mean it won't work. Have you tried updating the Stadia app to the latest version? Can you let us know which version you have right now? Also, does it only happen with Destiny 2, or does it happen with other devices as well?
Hey Ivan,
My bad I meant to say it's the note 20 ultra 5g. I Got confused with the s22 ultra.
Sorry to hear about this issue, sounds very frustrating. Does this happen if you play a different game besides Destiny 2 when you first start off? Curious if it's a Destiny issue or if it's across the board.
