For the past few weeks I've been having a serious problem with the Stadia app on both my Galaxy Fold 2 and my Galaxy Note 10+. The app will crash every single time after about 30 seconds of just hovering in the main menu or going through messages. I've tried clearing the app data and uninstalling multiple times but it keeps happening.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue with their app? It's making replying to messages on the go impossible.
@TheRealTime Can you see if clearing the data for the Google Play services app does anything for this issue? That seemed to help another user who recently reported a similar problem.
I finally enabled all app permissions (even though it doesn't prompt me to do so) and it seems more stable now.

I chose to first clear the Cache of the Google Play Store to see if that would resolve the issue before clearing the App Data fully. On my Galaxy Note 10+, I tested the app menu and messages page for a while and did not experience the crashing I would previously. I will continue to use the app and monitor if it comes back and let you know.
As for my Galaxy Fold 2, I will be able to test it later tonight and will update you once I get to it.

Sorry to ping you guys once again, but it seems that after 1 week the issue came back again. I can no longer use the app on either phones. I can attempt a Google Play Store data wipe, but the fact that this even happens is a little ridiculous... Any other ideas if the data wipe doesn't do it?
This has been happening to me on iPad, Oneplus 6T, and Pixel 5 since April. It's now June 10, 2021 and it hasn't been fixed. It's unusable to be frank.

Just started working on this issue, and I would like to let everyone know what I have learned so far. First, thank you to @codesplice @TheRealTime and @PaulyShore all great suggestions for troubleshooting this issue. Unfortunately, for my friend who owns a Galaxy Note 20 the fixes were only temporary. In the end, he emailed Stadia directly and was told that what he was experiencing was most likely an account-specific issue. That the engineering team would possibly have to get involved and a ticket was created. Still waiting on a response but wanted to give a possible alternative direction to look in. I am not sure of any of the specifics regarding why but will keep this discussion updated as I learn more.

Turns out the issues my friend was experiencing are specific to the Galaxy Note 20 being used, and so they're is no ultimate solution at this point. I will try to keep you updated best as possible.
