Hi,
Can you help me to get playing Stadia Android with a wired PS3 controller on S10 on a Chromecast Ultra.
I can connect my controller, but the Stadia app does not see the chromecast. As the pictures show..
The help function directs me to the chromecast setting nut I get stuck at one point.
Thank you for helping!
This is where I get stuck...![]()
@Pollekw Just to be clear:
Thanks for the information and good luck!
Thanks for helping!
@Pollekw ah okay, my Dutch is not that good. xD
Do you have any other devices in your household that you can try?
I know that sounds weird but if I found any other users that have your problem, a lot of them were able to fix this issue by using another device. Dunno why this would help, but if possible, give it a try.
@Tobonaut We have only one Chromecast (ultra) unfortunately. ![]()
@Pollekw another idea what I have is to check if the Chromecast is linked to the same Google account as your Stadia app.
@Tobonaut It should be linked to my Gmail account. I'll disconnect it and reconnect it again.
Let's see if that will be the solution.
Thanks again! ![]()
@Pollekw you are welcome. Please let us know if it worked. ![]()
@Tobonaut Unfortunately that wasn't too solution.
Stadia is refusing to see my Chromecast in the wifi network.
Adding it manually as explained by the help function is Stadia won't work either. I still get stuck at point 2.
@Pollekw That's a pitty.
If no one else has an idea, it might be the best idea to contact the Stadia support directly, e.g. via the chat:

I'll come back to you if I have another guess. ![]()
@Tobonaut Thanks for the help!
@Pollekw No problem, you are welcome.
Please let us know if you found a working solution for your issue!
