This is what I saw just now....

'Non-standard power supply detected. To stream in 4K,use the power supply included with Chromecast Ultra.' Of all the other stuff I have from Google the Stadia Chromecast Ultra was the first Chromecast I've owned. It's built into other things I have. I used the one in the Stadia Founders Edition. Anyone?

Hi,

Yes,

, I'm using the square, kind of flat Google-supplied power plug... That said, I tried what I'd read online was a bug, and unplugged the power plug, waited a few seconds, and repluggef.... Message is gone!

Thanks!

It could have been a bit of a loose connection, who knows.  Glad you're up and running now, though.

@frolix8 Just want to make sure, are you using the supplied adapter for power, or are you using the power straight from the TV?

Stadia Guides are not employed by Google. Opinions are my own.

I have the same issue... But pluging out the power supply and waiting a few minutes does not help...
Also factory reset did not help...
Also using the Founders Edition Chromecast Ultra and it's power supply

Hi everyone,

This post is an older one. If the Best Responses on this thread aren't able to solve your issue, we'd recommend creating a new thread for more visibility. With that said, we'll go ahead and close this conversation now.

Thank you,

James
