I received a defective chromecast ultra with my stadia premier package and I cant get support to accept my return - I keep getting passed between Google store support and Stadia dedicated support team...help!!
I already purchased a replacement google tv (that now works with stadia ![]()
), how do I return my defective package for a refund?

@rebelheaded in this case you already did the right thing by contacting support. What I would recommend is try to get someone on the phone and talk to them directly. Chatting or emailing might be more convenient but sometimes the message can get lost along the way.

Thanks Ivan - I've called in multiple times but am always being transferred between the teams. It seems there's a breakdown in process for who's responsible to service the request. I've also started a DM with Twitter stadia and haven't got a response.
