Stadia becomes unresponsive in menu's

Hello,
The bundled Founders edition Chromecast ultra on wifi - 5ghz using recommended chromecast ultra router settings, 230mbs in the google test.

So I was able to launch games and get to the splash screen where it asks to allow the game publisher social access with the Yes / No menu. Get to this menu and everything becomes unresponsive. Seems like shortly after the chromecast and controller drop connection.
So I read about the social feature and was able to allow them access thru the phone app. So I did.

Now I am able to launch the game and play, how ever if I hold the stadia home button to get to the Exit game / resume game menu it all becomes unresponsive again. Then the same thing it seems like the chromecast and controller drop connections. @GraceFromGoogle @ChrisFromGoogle

So currently I would have to unplug the chromcast and reboot it to switch games.

I am trying both current Stadia Pro games.

This exact same issue happens for me too. I am unable to use the Stadia overlay (connection, controller, audio) or shut down Stadia/games. It's as if the controller doesn't work for Stadia specific UI.

Same problem here (275 Mbps download speed through Comcast). I've noticed it only happens when running wireless. If I connect an Ethernet cable to my Chromecast Ultra, I have no issues. Gameplay and overlay menus work perfectly. Once I go wireless, the gameplay is still great; but the Stadia overlay is totally unresponsive. I have to use the Home app just to stop streaming! Wireless connection via PC and Pixel 3a XL work perfectly too. It's just WiFi play through Chromecast Ultra that's causing problems for me; which is sad, because that's one of Stadia's main selling points right now. Google definitely still has some bugs to work out.

I had a controller firmware upgrade and it seems to have resolved this issue for me!
 Thank you!
