Horrible Controller lag when playing with Chromecast ultra

For a week now, I have been facing issue with playing on my TV with Chromecast Ultra. There is horrible controller lag almost of of 10-20 seconds. Playing game with this lag is impossible.

The same game and controller works fine when playing on PC or Mobile on same WiFi. Wondering how to fix this? I factory reseted my controller and set it up again but no luck.

Does your Chromecast perform as expected if you try to watch bandwidth intensive 4k Youtube videos for example? 

Does your Chromecast is plugged into a power socket?

Is it possible to test it using ethernet?

I have the same problem. I tried everything. It comes down to the Chromecast being the issue for me. I have no problem on other devices, but using the Chromecast is horrible. I bought a new TV just for this, but now it just sits.

I might as well play on Xbox since I have to use my laptop through the same monitor as my Xbox.
