Destiny 2 Crashing

Hello! So I recently got into playing Destiny 2 on Stadia for my chromecast. For 1/2 the time I play this game, it’s constantly crashing. I’m always getting “Failed to load game session.” Sometimes it happens when I’m in the middle of a fight and sometimes it happens when I’m simply cleaning my inventory in orbit. Also, when I do get Destiny loaded back up, sometimes the controller will only pull up the stadia menu. So, then I have to turn the controller off, back on, then pair it again to actually play the game. The speed test said I have a great Wi-Fi connection. I’ve tried restarting my modem and my router. Any other suggestions to help stop this error? (I have reset, restarted, and cleared the cache on my chromecast several times)

@KingQu33r Has been been happening constantly, or just recently? It might be because there's some background update/maintenance going on. I remember Destiny 2 was brought down twice yesterday for emergency maintenance, so people were getting kicked out from sessions. 

Also, is it happening only when you're playing through Chromecast? Have you tried playing using PC/phone? Curious if the issue still happening.

I only have a chromecast to play on. It happens a lot but more frequently the past few days. Normally the frame freezes with the audio, my controller still vibrates and I can still control the character for a min (if I cast healing rift or hold down on the gun trigger the controller vibrates.) The only thing I can think of is maybe I need a better router with more bandwidth? I’m using the router that my internet company provided.
