So I logged on to stadia after getting a new device, so I was excited to find out how my games would run. I then tapped on stadia, connected my controller, and proceeded to play risk of rain 2. The first thing I noticed was that I was lagging, bad. I chose to switch form my wifi to my data. Then after a few seconds I noticed my audio stuttering while playing. I thought it would go away, I thought I was part of a lag spike. After a minute or 2, it got annoying so I turned off my phone and turned it on again it stopped the I stopped playing risk of rain 2, and played some destiny 2, and thing happened again. After powering on and off my phone 4 timing, I have had it. I've been playing on stadia for 2 years like this and on 3 different phones, and never has this problem before. Now I reach one to the stadia community, seeking guidance and answers. please, I ask that you help me and I'll try to find a way to return the favor.
Hi @ShaiaDMercer,
Can you give us a bit more details about your new device? Like who is the maker and the model?
It's a moto e I've only had it for a two weeks I'm just confused
Ok so that phone is not officially support from what I can see so performance may vary. But do try using chrome to run stadia instead of the Android app @ShaiaDMercer
