Chromecast ultra stops working

It seams my Chromecast ultra I got with the starter set has stopt working. I got a blinking orange light with a black screen. I have tried all the support options on the Google support site but they did not help. I think the device is broken, can I get in touch with support in these carona times?

I have gotten in contact with the support and after a few more options we came to the conclusion that we needed to replace the device. In my case that ment a new founderspack and I have the send back the ons pack. Including the controller. The service was very good so you should get in contact with support with the link            https://support.google.com/stadia/contactflow

@Relextlex Sorry to hear that. Since the Chromecast is a part of the Stadia bundle you purchased I'd recommend reaching out to Stadia support:

It sounds like phone support might not be available but you should be able to get through via Chat, Email or The Socials.
