Hi, I have an account Stadia Pro. I can't play. The only thing that changed is diffrent WIFI (The same country, different town).
I got the message: "You may be in a country where the game's publisher has restricted its availability. For more information, see the game documentation. If you purchased this game and want a refund for it, go to the settings and click Purchases."
How can I fix it?

In which country are you located? Are you using a VPN?
in Poland, I don't use VPN
Perhaps the ISP isn't located in Poland? After all, stadia/google can't see you actual physical position but has to deduct it from the details that the ISP provides.

Is It with all games or a specific title? Did you try on incognito page from Browser?
Also, @Orgin has a good point, you should check with your provider
