hello,
i have a problem.
my mousepad don't work on chrome browser
but on my cellphoen touchpad works well.
@nana I understand that you're using VPN for work, but can you turn it off when using Stadia? Just to make sure it's not the problem.
@nana Do you mean your mouse? Are you using regular mouse or touchpad?
Can you inform us which game you're playing, and which mouse are you using? Have you tried with a different mouse and see if it works? Just want to make sure there's no issue with the mouse itself. Also if you can, try to upgrade your mouse drivers. It would be great if you can provide us with more info, since as of now there can be many things causing for the issue to happen.
regular mouse. I use DeLux brand.
I don't have another devices of mouse, but on other cloud platform (like GFN) my mouse works well.
On Stadia I try to play The Elder Scrolls Online, Toma Raider. And my mouse don't work.
I think the problem is not in drivers.
@nana are those the only games you can't use your mouse? Sometimes there needs to be certain interaction in order for the mouse to be working.
I found this following article about getting mouse to work in ESO Stadia. Can you give it a shot and see if if solves your issue?
Don't work mousepad and keyboard on all Stadia games I have. When I start any game in fullscreen my mousepad and keyboard don't work in the game.
I try all steps in elder scrolls link. But its not help me.
Maybe this problem from my VPN?
Hi @nana,
Your VPN could be causing a problem, that is possible.
I would try alt tabbing out of stadia and then back in before we even consider the vpn being a problem
alt tabbing also don't help me
@nana VPN may cause issue with Stadia, but I've never heard about it causing issue with mouse. Is it possible to use Stadia with VPN? Why are you using VPN in the first place if I may ask.
I using VPN in many times. For my work
