Hi all, when I start stadia on my Lenovo Yoga book the game opens but I can't select or operate anything in the game. Does anyone know the problem or know a solution for it ?
(Lenovo Yoga book with Windows 10)
Hello @MobiTobi,
It reminds me of this thread, unsolved sadly. Both using a Lenovo.
Does it occurs both with Stadia Controller & using a mouse/keyboard inputs ? Are you using Chrome ? Stadia App ? Something else ?
Hello @Barthandelus
I tried the days with the controller and that works.
The tablet has an integrated keyboard and a touch display. Both unfortunately do not work with stadia.
I would like to play with the keyboard or the touch display, as it is often more convenient in some situations.
Go on this website and type your "W" key on your keyboard.
Does a number appear on your screen ? If yes, could you please provide this number to me ?
I'm not really sure what's happening : It's a test. It can be the keyboard itself.
The number is 87.
Ok, it seems to be good.
To be honest, that's a strange issue.
Is it a kind of tablet ? You plug the keyboard to it, is that right ?
Don't hesitate to contact Stadia Support too.
EDIT :
I think I did reproduce your incident using a Windows Tablet. It seems like the keyboard/touchpad doesn't work if it's plugged after I start Chrome.
Could you please close Chrome, plug off your keyboard, wait 10sc, plug on your keyboard, wait 10sc, start chrome and retry ?
The keyboard is integrated in the "Lenovo Yoga Book".
It is not possible to separate it from the device.
I will also write to the support.
Oh ok, sorry @MobiTobi, now I understand. ![]()
Keep us in touch ! If your incident is solved, we do want to know what was causing it. ![]()
Unfortunately, the customer support of stadia could not help me either.
I should contact Lenovo's customer support.
If a solution is found, I will let you know.
Thank you very much.
