So, I bought Assassins Creed Valhalla yesterday. But the graphics (Chrome, on a stationary gaming PC with Stadia Founder controller) is like the game was made 2007, not 2020. My current line is 500 MB and performs at its worst at ~350 MB. Why is the graphics so so bad? How do I refund a game after 3 hours when I realize it is not "moody" graphics, just bad graphics? I need to purchase the game and install it so I don't have to deal with this. I want to see the game, not blurred lines.
Holy crap. Finding the QoS setting and turning it off, seems to have done the trick.
Hey @perpettersson,
you could either wait and see if it's getting better with the graphics or try some TS steps from the Stadia help to try and fix your issue.
If you still want your game refunded, you can try the usual way (might be unrealistic after more than 3 hours, but you can give it a try):
And if this doesn't work, you can also check out with the Stadia team if there is a chance of a refund in your case maybe as an exception, at least worth a try too.

Hey @perpettersson,
can you tell me what exactly you did? Would love to try it out as well as I've recognized the same a few hours ago too. ![]()
I have this app that came with the wifi hardware and even though I have my line connected between the computer and wifi, when I found the "QoS" setting, it was enabled. I disabled it and voila. The quality after that, was great. Let's just hope it stays that way.
