Stadia will not play on chrome os chrome browser

Hoping someone on here will be more helpful than stadia support, which is a joke.

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not parse content for https://stadia.google.com/player/main.dart.min.js.map: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

I get that when trying to load any game in chrome on my pixel slate.  What is causing my issue?  I have searched all over and found no info on what might be the cause.

Hello @CommanderSteve7

Is this still happening for you? I just did a quick check from Chrome on macOS (I don't have a ChromeOS machine to test with), and was able to launch a game without any issues.

Why not Zoidberg?

@CommanderSteve7 I played an hour or so of Watchdogs on my Chromebook Duet last night without any issues. There shouldn't be a problem with Chrome OS compatibility.

Can you try opening Stadia in an incognito window to see if that behaves any differently? If not, also try logging into your Chromebook as a guest and testing it there. These steps will help to rule out any interfering extensions or corrupted settings.
